As the report of the respondent is this that no offence has been registered against this applicant and no FIR has been lodged against him till date, hence, there seems to be no apprehension of arrest of this applicant. This application has been brought at a premature stage. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that some protection may be given to the applicant, as the applicant himself wants to appear before the police and assist in the enquiry that is being conducted on the complaint made against him.

The application is disposed of accordingly with a direction, that the applicant shall appear before the police of P.S. Ramanujganj, to give his statement and also assist in the enquiry on the said complaint and for this purpose it is also directed, that no arrest be made of this applicant for a period of 10 days from the date of passing of this order. In the meanwhile, if any offence is registered against him, the applicant shall be at liberty to move an
-2application for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.
