The appeal is in respect of the judgement dated 11.09.2019 whereby the writ petition filed by the Appellant with regard to transfer of the Petitioner was finalized based on the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The grievance is with regard to transfer of the Petitioner as per Annexure P/1 from ITI Korba to ITI Kurud, District Dhamtari.

When the matter came up for consideration before this Court, it was submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner might be permitted to file a representation to the Respondents with her grievance and the same might be directed to be considered within a time frame. The said prayer was granted by the learned Single Judge and the matter was finalized accordingly. The subsisting grievance in the appeal is that the claim of the Petitioner to continue in the station was omitted to be considered or directed and hence, the appeal. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the sides. 4.

After hearing, we find it appropriate to cause the appeal to be disposed off with an observation that representation dated 17.09.2019 shall be finalized by the competent authority as directed by the learned Single Judge and 'status quo' as on today shall be maintained till the matter is finalized. 5.
