This is second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 20/09/2016 vide M.Cr.C. No. 5573/2016 with liberty to repeat the same after filing of the charge sheet before the trial court.

As appears the applicant has directly preferred this second bail application before this court.

Considering the same, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application and it is dismissed accordingly. The applicant may approach the trial court as per liberty reserved in favour of the applicant vide order dated 20/09/2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 5573/2016.
