2. The claim of the petitioner through this petition is for reconsidering his case for re-engagement in the capacity that he was working in the past in the department considering the length of service that he has rendered and the experience he has gained.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed off. Let the petitioner make an appropriate representation in this regard to the respondent authorities who in turn may consider and
-2decide the same in accordance with relevant circulars. On receipt of such representation, it is expected that the authorities would consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
