The claim of the petitioners through these petitions is for reconsidering their cases for re-engagement in the capacity that they were working in the past in the department considering the length of service that they have rendered and the experience they have gained. 2.

Without entering into the merits of the case, these petitions are disposed of. Let the petitioners make an appropriate representation in this regard to the respondent authorities who in turn may consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant circulars. On receipt of such representations, it is expected that the authorities would consider and decide the representation of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
