1. This is the first bail application under Section 438 of the CrPC and there is no bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.414/2016 registered at Police Station Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the anticipatory bail application having become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructous.
