The limited grievance that Petitioner has in the instant Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of the Respondents in not granting timely permission to the Petitioner for registering her name for the purpose of selling of paddy.

According to learned Counsel for Petitioner, vide Annexure P-3, dated 3.11.2021, the Respondent No.6/Tahsildar has already instructed the Manager of the Adim Jati Sewa Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Kudekela to take appropriate decision for registration of the Petitioner's name, however, till date no action has been taken.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the present Writ Petition as of now is disposed of directing the Respondents No.4 to 6 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the Petitioner seeking

registration for the purpose of selling of the paddy, particularly keeping in view the order of the Tahsildar, dated 3.11.2021 (Annexure P-3). Let appropriate decision in this regard be taken within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4.
