Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at the outset submits that in view of the decision rendered by this Court in WPCR No. 249/2015 (Vinod Kumar Das v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), the petitioner herein may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition to avail the remedy available to him under Sections 154(3), 156(3), 190 and 200 of the Cr.P.C.

The prayer is fair and reasonable. Therefore, he is permitted to withdraw this writ petition to avail the remedy available to him under Sections 154(3), 156(3), 190 and 200 of the Cr.P.C.
