Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at the outset submits that in view of the decision rendered by this Court in WPCR No. 249/2015 (Vinod Kumar Das v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), the petitioner herein may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition to avail the remedy available to him under Sections 154(3), 156(3), 190 and 200 of the Cr.P.C.
