Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board / 0 1 /201 (1) By the impugned order, the Family Court has granted interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to the respondent/wife during pendency of the main application for maintenance. (2) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the application and having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court under its revisional jurisdiction.

(3) Accordingly, the Criminal Revision fails and is hereby dismissed. However, it is directed that the Family Court shall decide the main application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance expeditiously. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
