Also heard on application for restoration of WPC No.2216/2021 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 16.09.2021. Not opposed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and WPC No.2216/2021 is directed to be restored to its original number.
