This is the third bail application of the applicant. Earlier the first bail of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 13.02.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.617/2019. His second bail application was dismissed on account of non-compliance of order of this Court dated 25.07.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4884/2019.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of Dileshwari and Dinesh before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the third bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
