1. Heard.

2. On due consideration, delay of 349 days in filing the present CRMP is condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 is allowed.

3. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Section 376 of the IPC.

4. Prosecutrix has admitted that she has lived with the accused

CRMP No. 2257 of 2019 as his wife for about 6 to 7 years. She also admits that the accused married her by putting vermilion over her forehead. She is more than 18 years of age, therefore, there being consent in the sexual relation, the trial Court has rightly acquitted the accused.

5. In view of the above no case for grant of leave to appeal is made out.

6. Accordingly, the present CRMP deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
