Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara / respondent No.4 for revocation of his suspension in the light of recommendation made by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Baloda Bazar, but till date, no order order has been passed by respondent

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Baloda Bazar / respondent No.4 within a week from today and thereafter, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.4 within 15 days from the date of receipt of representation.
