The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.295/2021 registered in Police Station Malkharoda, Civil/ Revenue Distt. JanjgirChampa C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.
