Heard on application for restoration of WPC No.875 of 2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 20.08.2019. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 20.08.2019 passed in WPC No.875 of 2018 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No.875 of 2018 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
