Learned Deputy Advocate General, present in the Court, on advance notice, submits that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition the respondents have passed a final order of reversion of the petitioner on 25.10.2019. The said order has been passed after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

On the said submission made by the State Counsel, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file a duly constituted fresh petition challenging the subsequent order dated 25.10.2019 along with the grounds that they have raised in the present writ petition. 3.

The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
