Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application and also prays for a direction to expedite the trial and conclude it as soon as possible.

Accordingly, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The concerned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial looking to the number of witnesses that are remained to be examined. It is further directed that the trial may be concluded preferably, as far as practicable within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
