A.G. for the State. 01.10.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 23.07.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 5345 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent of the address of the petitioner no.2. According to the applicant, inadvertently, the address of the petitioner no.2 has been reflected in the cause title as "Through Secretary, Department Of Panchayat Mahanadi Bhawan Mantralaya, New Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh" whereas it ought to have been "working as Lecturer (L.B.) and posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School Karhi, Block Mungeli, District Mungeli (CG)". Thus, prayed for appropriate modification of the order to the aforesaid extent.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 23.07.2019 passed in WPS No. 5345 of 2019 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title, the address of petitioner no.2 now shall be read as "working as Lecturer (L.B.) and posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School Karhi, Block Mungeli, District Mungeli (CG)" instead of "Through Secretary, Department Of Panchayat Mahanadi Bhawan Mantralaya, New Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh".

Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No. 5345 of 2019. No order as to costs.
