1. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that they may be permitted to withdraw instant MCRCA with liberty to file an application for their regular bail under Section 437 of the Cr.P.C. before the concerned Judicial Magistrate after 3 days with prior intimation to the concerned SHO, PS Kasdol Distt. Baloda Bajar, Bhatapara.
2. As prayed, if the applicant serves written information to the SHO, P.S. Kasdol, Distt. Baloda Bajar Bhatapara thereafter when they file an application before the concerned Judicial Magistrate then only the concerned Magistrate is directed to decide the same in accordance with law on the same day. Concerned SHO is directed to submit the case diary on the date given on behalf of the applicants for their appearance before the said Court.
3. Registrar (Judicial) is directed send a copy of the order to the concerned Magistrate.
4. Instant MCRCA is accordingly disposed of.
