2. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 438 of the Cr.Py.C. for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 457/2016 registered in PS Khamtarai, Distt. Raipur for offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated. There are reasonable apprehensions that he may be arrested in the said offence. Co-accused Sunil Gupta is already arrested by the police. The applicant is the student. He may be granted anticipatory bail.
4. Learned State counsel opposes the bail application.
5. Perused the case diary.
6. Looking to the offence registered against the applicant, the evidence collected so far, I do not see any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
7. The application is rejected.
