Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though pursuant to the order passed by the disciplinary authority the petitioner has been terminated from his services, whereas the appellate authority has directed the petitioner to be reinstated in service.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty make an application before the competent authority for compliance of the order of the appellate authority.

If such application is filed by the petitioner, the respondent authority shall consider and decide the same within 30 days from the date of its receipt. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
