1. Mr.Somkant Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has called in question the impugned order dated 29.7.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3 on the ground that he is senior to respondent No.4, therefore, he should be given the charge of In-charge Principal.

2. Mr.Amit Buxy, learned Panel Lawyer for respondents No.1 to 3/State, after going through the records has pointed out that the petitioner is working as Headmaster in Middle School, Pondikhurd, whereas respondent No.4 is working as

Lecturer in Government High School, Pondikhurd, as such, respondent No.4 has rightly been given the charge of In-charge Principal of Government High School, Pondikhurd.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents appended with writ petition.

Admittedly, the petitioner is working as Headmaster in Middle School, Pondikhurd and respondent No.4 is working as Lecturer in Government High School, Pondikhurd and therefore, respondent No.4 has been given the charge of Principal, Government High School, Pondikhurd, which cannot be taken exception to by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition being devoid of merit is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. No order as to cost(s).
