The limited prayer that the petitioner makes at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation that the petitioner has made. In addition, the petitioner also prays for making a fresh representation along with all supported documents.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and take a decision on Annexure P/1 at the

-2earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
