Mrs. Hamida Siddiqui, counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some typographical mistake in para 2 of the order dated 17.09.2018 passed in Contempt case (Civil) No.283 of 2018. He submits that in the last line of para 2 it has been inadvertently typed as "seriously intervened by the mother" but actually the submission was made to the effect that "seriously intervened by father". The prayer made do not pertain to the merits of the case and it only pertains to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner at para no.2 of the order dated 17.09.2018. Considering the same it is directed that at para 2 of the order 17.09.2018 the words "seriously intervened by mother" should be read as "seriously intervened by father". The rest of the order dated 17.09.2018 shall remain unchanged.

Accordingly, the M.C.C. is allowed.
