1. This petition has been brought under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of appropriate writ and directions.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the deceased- Rohit Dewangan committed suicide on 01.05.2018 leaving a suicide note, in which it was mentioned that the petitioner was the person responsible for his commission of suicide. The petitioner has preferred this bail application before this Court and he has been granted anticipatory bail in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1034/2019 vide order dated 09.08.2019. However, the police has not completed the inquest procedure and now the petitioner is called again and again and being harassed by the police, therefore, it

-2is prayed that appropriate instruction be issued by this Court for completion of morgue inquiry as soon as possible.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection if any such direction is issued.

4. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the documents.

5. After considering on the submissions made by both the counsel and perusing the documents filed along with the petition, I feel inclined to dispose off this petition at the motion stage with following directions:- (a) Respondent No.1 is directed to complete the inquest procedure preferably within a period of three months.
