1. Perusal of the the communication received from the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur, would show that the applicant has suffered his entire jail sentence and he has been released on 24.08.2017.

2. In view of the above learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this revision on merits.

3. Consequently, the revision is dismissed as infructuous as the applicant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
