Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move a duly constituted application under Section 40 of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the jurisdictional SDO seeking removal of the Sarpanch, against whom, there is a report dated 1/8/2017 (Annexure P/2) regarding acts and commissions, which permits a ground for the petitioners' removal.
