Versus

1. High Court Chhattisgarh Through Registrar General, High Court Of Chhattisgarh, Bodri, District- Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

2. Standing Committee High Court Of Chhattisgarh, Through Chairman, High Court Of Chhattisgarh, Bodri, District- Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh ----Respondents For Applicant :

Mr. T.K. Tiwari, Advocate.

Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 08.12.2021

1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for following reliefs:- 10.1 That Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus/directions/orders thereby commanding the respondents to produce the entire records pertaining to present case.

10.2 The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus against the respondents as to take decision immediately to comply with the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 08.07.2021.

10.3 Any other relief or relief (s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that writ petition in its present form, for the reliefs sought for is not maintainable.

3. The petitioner in the recent past has already approached this High Court vide WPCR no. 176/2021 and where there appears to have already a direction given by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 08.07.2021. Since there is already an appropriate order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the subsequent separate writ petition under Article 226 for the enforcement of an order passed by the Coordinate Bench would not be maintainable before this High Court.

4. The present writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Jyoti
