1. The petitioner's application filed under Section 91 of the CrPC in the complaint of the respondent/complainant has been rejected by the trial Court, against which, revision has been preferred before the Additional Sessions Judge, Dhamtari. The Additional Sessions Judge, Dhamtari vide order dated 29.11.2016 rejected the same, against which, this petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed.

2. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order. Sufficient reasons have been assigned by the trial Court as well as by the Appellate Court for non-supplying of those documents.
