(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 42/2015 registered at Police Station Devbhog, District Gariyaband for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 423, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1306/2016.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties,

having regard to the facts & circumstances, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
