1. This is an ofÏcer reference.

2. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 30.11.2021 sent by Sessions Judge, Korba (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case.

3. On 30.07.2021 in the case of the petitioner passed in MCRC No. 1564/2021 this Court had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of four months. By this PUD dated 30.11.2021, the Court below informed that the trial has not been concluded within the prescribed time limit on account of absence of the witnesses before the trial Court and prayed for further time for concluding the trial.

4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, three months' further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. The concerned Judge is directed to make all endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
