17/12/2021 Request letter has been received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) (POSCO Act), Bemetara, District Bemetara praying for extension of time for disposal of Sessions Case No. 23/2020, pending before that Court. This Court while disposing of M.Cr.C. No.1519 of 2021 vide order dated 13.04.2021, directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of four months after the normal functioning of the Courts are restored.

Considering on the reasons mentioned in the request letter, as it is informed that the proceeding in the case are stayed by order of the High Court, passed in Criminal Revision No.769 of 2021, hence, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made. Accordingly, further extension of time of six months is granted to conclude the trial of the case mentioned herein above. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed off.
