Learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that Criminal Complaint Case is pending before the JMFC Labour Court, Jagdalpur, C.G. under the provisions of Section 22(A) of Minimum Wages Act 1948. The applicant never appeared before the said criminal Court. He is ready to appear before the said criminal Court, let the said criminal Court be directed to dispose of the appropriate application for grant of bail on the same day in accordance with law.
