The applicant has filed this first bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending arrest in Crime No.282/2017, registered at Police StationJarhagaon, Distt.Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506 and 307 of the IPC.
