Learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that Criminal Complaint Case is pending before the JMFC Labour Court, Jagdalpur, C.G. under the provisions of Section 47, 48 and 50 of Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of service) Act 1996. The applicant never appeared before the said criminal Court. He is ready to appear before the said criminal Court, let the said criminal Court be directed to dispose of the appropriate application for grant of bail on the same day in accordance with law.

As prayed, the instant MCRCA is disposed of as withdrawn. The Court below is directed to decide the appropriate application for grant of bail on the same day in accordance with law.
