At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was granted bail by the JMFC Labour Court, Jagdalpur in a matter pending before the said Court under Section 10, Equal Remuneration Act, 1976. There he appeared on 27-04-2016 and was granted bail and thereafter on account of non-appearance, warrant of arrest has been issued. The applicant is ready to appear before the concerned criminal Court and will regularly appear and is ready to file appropriate application for his release on bail, the Court below may be directed to dispose of the same on same day. 2.
As prayed, the instant MCRCA disposed of as withdrawn. The Court below is directed to decide the interim application for grant of bail, if filed on behalf of the applicant, on the same day.
