Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/05/2017 The present application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.414/2009 registered at P.S. Saraipali, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of IPC.

Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty that the applicant may be permitted to surrender himself before the trial Court and move an appropriate application for grant of regular bail.
