1. At the outset, counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also prays for direction issue to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicants.

3. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in the case against the applicants and to decide it preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.
