1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 04.10.2018, whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Incharge Block Education Officer, Devbhog District Gariyaband to the Block Education Officer at Magarload, District Dhamtari.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been assigned with the election duty and he is one of the master trainers for the election work and after having undertaking the training, he is now been sent to the different place to train the other officers and in the light of the

circular of the Election Commission, the petitioner should not be released at this juncture on account of the election duties.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within two weeks highlighting this aspect and the respondents in turn shall take a decision on his representation and meanwhile till the election duties are complete, there shall be a stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
