1. The limited relief that the petitioners seek for, is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on an application under Section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been filed by the petitioners.

2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that they have made certain objections to the respondent No. 3 seeking for correction of the award so far as the calculation for compensation is concerned and they only want that their application be decided in accordance with law at the earliest.

3. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel.

4. Accordingly, let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondents No. 2 & 3 in accordance with the provisions of Section 33 as also Section 64 as the case may be within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
