1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of appointment to the respondent No.4 on the post of Anganbadi worker at Anganbadi center Delapahri, District Rajnandgaon,
2. Perusal of the grievance of the petitioner would reveal that the said action on the part of the respondents is one which has an alternative statutory remedy i.e. an appeal to the Collector. The petitioner it appears that has not avail the said remedy and has straight away has filed the present writ petition.
3. Given the fact, the present writ petition is not sustainable, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Collector in this regard, who in turn shall consider and decide the appeal of the
-2petitioner in accordance with rules within the time given under the rules.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
