Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 6498/2011 which got dismissed in default on 23/08/2018. Perusal of the application and also on scrutinizing the contents of the application, this Court finds that reasonable grounds has been made out for interfering with the instant MCC.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed.

WPS No. 6498/2011 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
