For State :
Shri S.P.Kale, Dy.A.G.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 12/10/2018 1.
The only grievance which the petitioner has raised through the present Writ Petition is that, though he has retired on 30/04/2018, but till date he has not been paid the retiral dues including the pensionary benefits. 2.
In the given facts, this Court is of the opinion that, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 3 & 4 to take an appropriate decision in this regard and
ensure that unless the petitioner is disentitled under the Rules, he should be paid the entire retiral dues payable to him at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today.
3.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
