(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 55/2015 registered at Police Station Urla, District Raipur for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 323, 147, 148, 294 & 506B of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3690 of 2015.
(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances, I do not find any
change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
