Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 15/02/2021 and he had made representation to respondent No.3 for revocation of his suspension and the same was forwarded to respondent No.2 for consideration, but till date, no decision has been taken. Learned counsel has relied upon decision of the Supreme Court in the case of

Ajay Kumar Chaudhary v. Union of India, (2015) 7 SCC 291. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner shall make representation to respondent No.2 within 10 days from today and the same shall be decided by respondent No.2 within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.
