1. Grievance of the petitioner is that while working as Rural Agriculture Extension Officer, he seriously fell ill in the month of February 2019, therefore, he applied for leave on the medical ground, however, since there was some technical glitches appeared, therefore, the application for leave was returned. Subsequently, another application was filed with all the documents and after availing the leave when the petitioner went to join the office, he was not allowed to join. The petitioner submits that he has already made a representation before the S.D.O. Agriculture as also the Collector, however, without any rhyme and reason, the same is kept in abeyance, therefore, the same may be directed to decide so that the petitioner may
further seek his remedy or may join the office.
2. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and after perusal of the Annexure P-6 dated 15.07.2019 and Annexure P-7 dated 06.08.2019, the representation shall be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the petitioner may evaluate his position so as to seek further remedy, if so advised.
