1. Heard on I.A. No.1/2021, an application for condonation of delay of 32 days in filing this petition.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same.

3. The application is allowed and delay is accordingly condoned.

4. Also heard on admission.

5. This M.C.C. has been filed for restoration of S.A. No.196 of 2006, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2020.

6. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit for restoration of the said appeal,

I am inclined to allow the same.

7. Accordingly, the instant M.C.C is allowed and S.A. No.196 of 2006 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,500/- payable to High Court Legal Services Committee, through its Secretary within a period of 15 days' from today.
