The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 05/09/2018 whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be posted from Vishrampur to Dantewada.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the past, the petitioner has already worked in the said area i.e. at Dantewada from 2005-2010 and was posted between Jangdalpur and Dantewada. He further submits that, during the said period, there was also a Naxalite attack personally on the petitioner. That on account of the said attack, the petitioner was transferred

from that place and has been posted elsewhere and now vide the impugned order, he has been send back to the core schedule area of the State knowing fully well the fact that the petitioner had earlier discharged at the said place for more than 5 years.

The said facts also stands affirmed from the correspondence AnnexureP/4 dated 11/09/2018 made by the then Branch Manager of the respondent corporation.

In the given facts, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today. The respondent No.1 in turn shall reconsider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the contentions made in the representation and take an appropriate decision within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of representation. 5.

Till then, let status-quo as it exists today be maintained. 6.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. 7.
