During the course of hearing this court finds that writ petition WPS No.4987 of 2020 is already pending consideration before this court. Since the writ petition is already pending consideration before this court, this court is of the opinion that any subsequent developments the petitioner ought to have approached the same court by moving appropriate Interlocutory Application for grant of further interim relief or any other relief, as deem fit. Contempt petition is not the solution in respect of subsequent development that have transpired. Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the court by moving an appropriate application, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
