1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order passed by the Labour Court Ambikapur under the provisions of the Payment of Wages Act.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the impugned order is an appealable order under the statutes itself.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order passed by the Labour Court, present writ petition in its present form stands disposed off.

4. Subject to the petitioner's furnishing a photocopy of the impugned order, the certified copy shall be refunded back to the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
